Responsibilities:
- Staff Leadership and Development.
- Recruit, hire, and train a diverse and skilled team of addiction counselors, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Program Oversight.
- Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to ensure the seamless integration of addiction treatment programs and services.
- Implement and monitor evidence-based practices, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to address performance issues and enhance overall team efficiency.
- Oversee Compliance and Quality Assurance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives, conducting audits and implementing improvements to enhance the effectiveness of addiction recovery programs.
- Foster strong communication channels among staff members, promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with other department heads and external stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
- Manage staffing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet program needs.
- Identify and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize staff productivity and facility operations.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in addiction recovery or mental health settings.
- Licensed or certified in addiction counseling or related field (e.g., LCDC, LPC, LCSW).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to devise and implement work policies.
- Ability to supervise a team and lead operations.
- Highly dedicated, professional, and caring.
